Rob Robinson granted Law Society Certified Specialist Designation
Our partner, Rob Robinson, was granted the Certified Specialist designation in Corporate and Commercial Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada in September, 2006.
The Law Society is the professional governing body for lawyers in Ontario and its Specialist Certification Program assists members of the public and the profession to identify lawyers who have met established standards of experience and knowledge in certain fields of law and who have maintained a high standard of professional practice.

To qualify for the Certified Specialist designation in Corporate and Commercial Law, a lawyer must have practiced for at least seven years prior to the date of his or her application for certification and at least five years in Corporate and Commercial Law, and comply with the specific practice concentration and experience requirements. In addition, the lawyer must comply with the professional development and professional practice requirements to achieve and maintain certification.
